Dr. Clemente is a Professor Emeritus of Social Science and Policy at Penn State and former Director of the University’s Environmental Policy Center. Dr. Clemente’s research specialization is the socioeconomic impact of energy policy- especially issues relating to electricity generation, reliability and cost. We were very honored to have Dr. Clemente speak on coal’s role in meeting global energy needs at our 2013 Governor’s Energy Summit.
