Southern Cross Wind Energy Project Files with Mississippi PSC

On April 26th, Pattern Developers and the Southern Cross Transmission project filed a petition for a siting certificate with the Mississippi Public Service Commission.  If approved, construction on the project would begin next year and the direct economic benefit to Mississippi is estimated to reach $1 billion.
